SAN FRANCISCO—February 16, 2023Nova Credit, the world’s leading consumer-permissioned credit bureau, today announced that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the second consecutive year. These results are based on extensive ratings provided by employees via anonymous surveys that are administered by Great Place to Work’s team of independent analysts.

According to the survey results, Nova Credit employees feel valued and empowered: 98 percent reported that they’re proud to tell others they work there, 98 percent felt welcomed upon joining the company, 97 percent say management is honest and ethical in its business practices and 97 percent feel like they make a difference working there. Overall, 90 percent of employees say Nova Credit is a great place to work, compared to the average of the 57 percent at the typical U.S. based company.

“The feedback we received from our employees during the Great Places to Work survey clearly demonstrates their passion for serving those in need of Nova Credit’s solutions and the pride they have their jobs,” said Oren Margolis, People Operations at Nova Credit. “It also validates our ongoing efforts to ensure Nova Credit has a culture that is inspiring and engaging. We remain committed to creating the best possible workplace for our employees.”

Employees, or “Novans,” are a diverse community of individuals living and breathing the company’s values across 15+ states, five countries and four continents. As of September 2022, nearly 31 percent of employees were first-generation immigrants and 25 percent were considered a parent or caregiver. Over 45 percent were women or non-binary identifying and 23 percent were under-represented minorities.
